Different from the rest, this tassel is sooo round it was hard to position on the scanner :-) The very top section had a classic upside down heart, while the center section look like a witch's hat with bells all around. I've never seen anything like this in the Kuchi "piles" before. The bottom bowl/bell is quite heavy, and has the LOOK of "real" silver...black on the inside and a nice highlight polish on the front. The openwork leaf designs are hand cut. Piece has a wonderful sound and would make in interesting end for a wind chime :-)
